I always know what to expect when an Adam n Eve product lands in my inventory. I know that I'm going to get quality.
These three skins arrived yesterday and they're certainly no exception. Sachi has delivered yet again with smooth skin textures, kissable lips and realistic soft shadings.

90's Child

I grew up in the 90's and I loved it.
I adored the fads like the tamagotchi's, trolls and smurfs, and I adored the fashion.

The 90's was an era of mismatch and randomness when it came to dressing. It was a decade of expressing yourself by breaking all of the rules.

Bring back the 90's!

I put this look together by rummaging around my inventory for bits and pieces I already had. The dress is from Celestial Studio's which I think is now closed down. The shoes are Duh! from about a year ago. The hair is from Exile and is free right now!!! It's called Jane and I love this colour. It reminds me of hair mascara.

The skin is Adam N Eve's Laurel, chosen for its neutral browns on the makeup.

So what era do you want to bring back?

Skin tight - Latex for Ladies.

 If there's something you're least likely to see me wear it's latex. It's not that I don't like it, but the amount of talcom powder I have to pour down the pants to get it on... well it's not worth thinking about. 

But SL latex... well, another story entirely. This range from Sachi Vixen of Adam n Eve is gorgeous. It's cute, sexy and most importantly... Skin Tight... Enjoy.

It's coming - 40 Sleeps to go! For You beu!

You might want to deny it, but Christmas is sneaking up on us at the speed of a direct train. The shops are full of it in RL, and the TV is covered in adverts. So why not just embrace the inevitable!

I spent yesterday listening to christmas music and decorating the Reya Square sim so it's a snow covered wonderland. Then today I went on the winter clothes hunt.
Sachi Vixen had sent me a gorgeous pink cord mini yesterday which I just had to dress up, so off I went.

My first stop was Reek, where I bought my autumn boots last year. I was right in dropping in because I'd soon spotted a lovely wooly hat, a scarf and some mittens! All for less than 500L.
Then I went hunting for a coat. The one in the pics was a bargain! 35L on xstreet and comes in 6 colors. It was made for a child but it has a resizer and was easily adjusted to fit. It also comes with matching boots in 6 colors (not shown).
The creator - Krissy Soup of *PinkPromise* is new to me, so I'll definately be checking out what else she has. The texturing is lovely and the coat is exactly what I wanted.

Last but not least I needed boots, and luckily I had just the pair in my inventory. The Mukluk boots were bought last year from PixiePlumb's Babymonkey shoestore.

Of course, where better to get the pics than Reya Square. So full circle, I found myself on the ground snapping away. The courtyard is open for rezzing, so rez a posestand and grab some pics of your own!

Bottle Bird at CFC

OMG I'm so behind with things and have a big apology to Bottle Bird for being so late with this as the outfit has been made for the Call for Couture festival which stared on the 9th October.


When I first put this outfit on I thought 'OMG it's so cute' and had to run out and get some cute poses to blog them with, but when I put them in my posestand I couldn't find them....such is life.

There are so many ways you can wear this outfit with two corset tops in red and green, shiny leggings, poofy skirt and jacket with it and the leggings look adorable under the skirt.


Bottle Bird has also released 6 new shoes at the fair which I am going to have to go and investigate and an exclusive item.

Rumours of Luxuria

As promised here is the second amazing hair from [e] called Rumour and Rumour 2, I can't wait to see more from Elika.

Luxuria is 5th & Oxfords intimates range and as you can see here they are both cute and sexy. Their items are mod/copy and all come in between 4 and 6 colours. They are currently holding a logo contest with the chance of winning L$2000 and is open until October 4th.

I've been so busy lately that my blogging has had to take a back seat, so I'm here to try and catch up on a few of the items sat in my inventory waiting patiently for their time in the spotlight.

I've decided to split this into two blogs this first one is centred around Sn@tch.  I love Sn@tch clothes for their versatility, not only can you mix and match between their own items as I have here, you can use items from most places and they will look just as amazing. I also used their shoes and necklace for this post.

Also the huge news that Elika formally of ETD has made a tentative return to the hair world launching two new hairs on SL marketplace under the new name of Elikamisu or [e].  I'm a sucker for long hair and braids so fell in love with this one especially with it's menu driven colour change bands (I will show you the other on the next blog).

Cabarets Reasonable Desires

When I was asked to go to a party a friend was DJing at I didn't realise it was the party celebrating the release of the outfit I had volunteered to blog, needless to say I was thrilled over the coincidence.

The Cabaret outfit from Reasonable Desires has tons of layers and can be worn in so many ways it took me ages to decide how to wear it for the photos. The detail is amazing and the corset will live up to any amount of close scrutiny.

Along with the release of Cabaret there are also the first, of many I hope, poses from Reasonable Desires which I have used in the pictures, 30's Vamp and Retro Pinup packs.

International Fashion Week 2010

When I was given the opportunity to be a secondary blogger at International Fashion Week (IFW) I was thrilled. Although I wasn't allowed to ask for items I was allowed to visit the sim and purchase items during the preview days. While I was walking around the stores I wished I had enough to buy more items but I was unfortunately limited to one item and that was a really tough decision as there are so many amazing items for sale.

After visiting the sim a couple of times and walking around many times I finally settled on this flirty little dress by Convoitise called Emily in deep purple. The skirt has a floaty feel as you move and the top is available in both the shirt and jacket layers.

While I was there and short of cash I picked up the gifts, some free others for a small cost all fantastic. Here's a small selection of the ones available:

A night out with Adam n Eve

When the notice went out about Adam n Eves new gowns I was over there like a shot, these 2 gowns are to die for with immaculate detail just as you'd expect from them.

Both gowns are remakes of older but none less beautiful gowns and have at least 2 options of wearing them.

The Tillie gown shown above has the option of wearing as a long evening gown or with this stunning short skirt.

The Roses gown can be worn with a train skirt or short skirt as shown and also has a long skirt with a sash.

I look forward to more stunning releases from Adam nEve in the future.

Trubble goes to the beach

Not only has Tracy Rubble been re-designing her store she's had time to design more pretty outfits.

Trubble designs are always original and elegant and these two new outfits do not disappoint. This floaty sun dress is perfect for walks along the beach, summer barbecues or just sitting around enjoying the summer.
I'm loving the Teresa bathing suit above which also comes in black, pink and white. It's sexy without showing all you have, it can also be worn with shorts to make a great day outfit.

This has also given me the opportunity to photograph the hair from Adam n Eve that both Tracy and I have mentioned in previous blogs, the one shown is Willfull in Bronze and, as always, lives up to the usual amazing standard.

The garden of Eden is closed

Despite having been a resident of SL for 3 years I am still finding new and fantastic stores and since becoming a designer myself I have a new admiration for the amazing work put into the creations.

After being invited to write for this blog I was given the opportunity to sign up for the bloggers review pack for Adam n Eve, a store I have recently discovered and love so was very excited when it arrived. In the pack were the skins blogged by Tracy, a lovely hair that I didn't have a skin to do it justice and the vest and hoody as shown.

The vest top has a subtle pattern of a cat in the undergrowth and the grey hoody has a perfectly sized sculpty hood and the words 'The garden of Eden is closed' which is really apt with a store name of Adam n Eve.

Adam n Eve

Like many others, when Sachi Vixen of Adam n Eve asked who wanted her latest blog pack, I jumped at the chance.
Sachi's products are always of amazing quality. One of the first real skins I wore was Adam n Eve, and I've loved each and every purchase since.

So when the pack landed in my inventory, I knew to prepare to be wow'd before I opened any of it.
I wasn't dissapointed.

In the pack was Sachi's new skin, Sasha in pomegranite and in 4 skin tones. It didn't take me long to find one I liked because as usual all 4 tones were perfect. She also sent an amazingly textured curly hair (not shown) and some clothing which will be reviewed by Ephedra later.

Sachi also sent me a recolor of her Rosamund gown, which came with her usual ton of options including a teddy, full gown and straight gown. The texturing on this gown is impeccable, with perfect creasing and shading, and a lovely detailed lace around the bodice.

I won't say much more, the picture speaks for itself on the beauty.
